Order placement & cancellation 

Any order placed with Indigo Finery is only binding once it is accepted by Indigo Finery via this website and confirmed with a personalised email. Once an order has been placed and accepted, it can only be cancelled or varied by written consent of both parties. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information that they provide to Indigo Finery, including ring sizing, specifications, delivery addresses, etc. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order. 

The fact that you receive an automated or process email or confirmation email that an order has been received does not mean that the order has been accepted. 

Payment & pricing 

Prices displayed on this website are shown in South African Rands, including any VAT, but excluding any delivery charges. Once an order has been accepted and the pricing has been agreed upon, it is binding on both parties. Indigo Finery reserves the right to adjust pricing for an accepted order, based on changes in exchange rates or precious metal or stone prices. This will be clearly stated at the time when an order is accepted. 

Indigo Finery reserves the right to change all pricing on this website from time to time. 

No items will be shipped until payment has been made in full and has reflected in my account.

Intellectual property rights 

All intellectual property rights in and to all designs made by Indigo Finery, including those shown on this website and Indigo Finery’s social media channels, vest exclusively in Indigo Finery. 

Limit of liability 

Under no circumstances will Indigo Finery be liable to a customer for any amount which exceeds the amount actually paid by the customer to Indigo Finery for the order which gives rise to a claim. 

Right to change Terms of Service at will 

Indigo Finery reserves the right to change these terms of service at its discretion from time to time. 

Limit to warranties 

Indigo Finery makes no warranties or representations whatsoever in relation to its service or products, other than any which are expressly made on this website.
